Whether you’re pirouetting on stage or gliding across the ice, our personalized EMS programs are designed to elevate your strength, flexibility, endurance, and recovery.
EMS is an ideal option for those in recovery as it stimulates contractions without placing undue stress on joints and tendons, aiding in muscle strengthening and mobility restoration. It also enhances blood circulation, reduces muscle soreness, and accelerates the healing process. It’s an excellent low-impact option for rehabilitation.
EMS training mimics natural muscle contractions by sending electrical impulses directly to the muscles. These impulses replicate the brain’s signals during voluntary muscle contractions. With EMS, we can recruit up to 90% of muscle fibers, penetrate deeper muscle layers, and enhance muscle activation and performance.
You will be provided with an undersuit and a top-of-the-line EMS suit customized for your body and goals. Please wear comfortable shoes and socks; everything else will be provided by your Jumpstart trainer!

Absolutely! After our complimentary intro call to discuss your specific needs and goals, we will schedule an EMS intro session. During this session, we will explain the technology, suit you up, and ensure that EMS training aligns with your goals and expectations.
